How do I register for a First Step Homes House?
Following consultation with the local community and the local council, First Step Homes will seek expressions of interest from local people.

Once planning consent is gained, we will be seeking firm commitment for the purchase of the house for which we will seek a modest deposit.

Applicants must have a local connection and can not already be owners of a house. Applicants are likely to have been vetted by the local council’s housing officer.

Once named applicants have been allocated houses, building works will commence and the houses purchased and occupied on completion.
