What do we provide?
Typically we provide 3 bedroom family homes that are for sale at prices significantly lower than open market housing.

Through local housing associations it might also be possible to offer a small number of social rented houses.

To whom do we provide housing?
First Step Homes Midlands provides houses to local people or key workers belonging either to the parish or a neighbouring parish.

Local people include those that are currently living in the parish or neighbouring parishes, or those that were brought up in the area and are seeking to return. There must be a local connection.
