Who are we?
First Step Homes Midlands is an innovative provider of affordable housing for local people in rural areas.
Our aim is to provide local people or those with strong local connections with houses that they can own at prices they can afford. In achieving our aim we hope that this will contribute to sustainable local communities with:
- Housing for those who work locally
- Houses for local young families
- A more secure future for local schools
- Robust rural communities with higher demand for threatened services such as local shops, pubs and the church.
